Flying Change Farm was established in 2020 as a premier equestrian school and boarding operation specializing in Hunt Seat riding. We are a gated facility featuring a 21 stall insulated barn and attached building with grooming stalls, wash stalls (with hot water), climate-controlled tack rooms, office, bathrooms, and lounge. Situated on 18 acres, FCF offers pasture boarding with loafing sheds. Our extra-large arena features a full jump course and all-weather synthetic blend footing. With experienced owners living on-site, you can be sure your horse has outstanding care. We practice and teach a traditional approach to hunt seat equitation from day one to the advanced show rider. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. She instills in her students a solid foundation in the basic principles and practice of riding and horsemanship. It is important for their safety as well as their ability to progress confidently in our sport. Another of Linda's goals is to help new equestrians understand how their horse thinks and behaves, and how to care for them in order to become true horsemen/women and not just riders. Linda is also a lifetime equestrian, who has ridden western and hunter-jumper but trained and competed primarily in dressage. She is also a charter member of Harvard Fox Hounds and for many years has enjoyed the thrill of riding cross country, jumping and following the hounds.
